Because we were also new to Victoria, we leaned heavily on Mary Jo’s in-depth knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods. Mary Jo’s husband and business partner, Len, was an enormous help during the inspection. As a contractor, he was able to interpret the inspection report in real time, joining us on the walk-through and immediately identifying which recommendations truly needed attention. He could even give ballpark cost estimates off the top of his head. His insights made the inspection feel manageable rather than overwhelming and left us feeling that we fully understood what we were stepping into as new homeowners.

Most importantly, through all the logistics and nitty-gritty details of the transaction, Mary Jo’s personal warmth kept us grounded in the heart of our search—for a place of refuge and connection where our lives can truly take root.

I have worked with Mary-Jo for several years and even though we just purchased our forever home, I know that we won't lose touch.   Mary-Jo showed us so much patience when looking at homes, knowing when we were comfortable and ready to pull the trigger.  She helped ease my anxiety during the peaks and valleys of a large purchase, while answering all our questions.   When we sold our homes, Mary-Jo was there.  The great teamwork of her and Len makes preparation to sell easy.  Mary-Jo gives her families the care and attention they need.
